Routines and rhythms can be so grounding, I appreciate you sharing yours! Some small rhythms I greatly enjoy or picking produce from the garden, winding down with a good book before bed, and stretching when I’ve been sitting and my body yearns for movement. These small shifts have been bits of joy sprinkled into my day.
I love how intentional these routines are, without having to be super elaborate. There’s such beauty in slowing down and taking moments for these little things. Thanks for sharing!
I love this and I love the idea of a done list! You're right, to do lists just highlight the things you didn't do and just puts pressure on what you "need to get done" the next day.
Thanks for sharing! I especially liked your “done list.” A fun and easy way to keep moving forward.
This read was a breath of fresh air! Thank you!
Beauuutiful ✨the magic really is in the mundane

I like to call my done lists “tah dah lists” instead of “to do” lists. 🤗
The fewer deductive chains you know, the more routines you have to take on.
I appreciated that there were a few “new” ideas in here for me. Thank you for the simplicity and your thoughtfulness.
I love these tips and also the coffee station you have pictured:)
This was definitely a needed read for me, thank you <3.
