Routines and rhythms can be so grounding, I appreciate you sharing yours! Some small rhythms I greatly enjoy or picking produce from the garden, winding down with a good book before bed, and stretching when I’ve been sitting and my body yearns for movement. These small shifts have been bits of joy sprinkled into my day.

I love this and I love the idea of a done list! You're right, to do lists just highlight the things you didn't do and just puts pressure on what you "need to get done" the next day.
